MolDyn is a hosted HTTPS API. No GPU, no Docker, no install on your side. All tiers include our validated protease + hydrolase envelope, full DUD-E benchmark access, and DPA + NDA coverage. Start with a Proof of Concept on one of your real targets and convert to a monthly plan once hits are in hand.

The right first step for any team that has not yet benchmarked MolDyn on their real workflow.

Single active program, up to 3 targets concurrently, up to 50,000 queries / month on the hosted HTTPS API. Fits lean biotech teams running one protease program (HIV, HCV, Mpro, thrombin, BACE1, or a similar validated-class target) that want continuous screening without a multi-year commitment.

Up to 8 targets concurrently, 250,000 queries / month, priority support (< 4 business hour response), and a dedicated Slack channel with our engineering team. The right fit for biotech teams with a protease-focused portfolio or a CRO running parallel protease programs on client libraries.

Unlimited targets, unlimited queries, dedicated GPU capacity (no shared-queue contention), custom DPA terms, 24 × 7 support SLA, and quarterly roadmap sessions with the engineering lead. For established pharma groups or large CROs treating MolDyn as infrastructure.
Partner $20,000 / quarter
+ 2–5% royalty
Low fixed fee plus a milestone-based royalty on any clinical asset that originates from MolDyn-ranked hits. For academic labs, translational groups, and seed-stage biotechs where cash burn matters more than upside-capture. Royalty band is negotiated per program against development stage and exclusivity.
What MolDyn v1.0 does not support today. Coagulation-cascade serine proteases (factor Xa, factor VIIa, urokinase) fall outside the current validated envelope (EF@1% < 2 on DUD-E decoys, disclosed in our benchmark report). Kinases, GPCRs, nuclear receptors, and ion channels are not characterised in v1.0. We will not sell a pilot into those target classes — we’ll tell you up front and re-engage when envelope coverage expands.
